News from the recent Russo-Georgian "war' over South Ossetia... Claims that Russia had used cluster bombs during the spat now turn out to be very much in doubt, while the Georgians have admitted to the use of these weapons.

Note: The "Russian" use of cluster bombs was picked up and widely reported, presumably as proof of their evil nature... Curious, since recently the biggest users of these munitions have been Israel and the United States (both of whom joined with China, Russia, India, Pakistan and Brazilin in opposing an international ban on the use of these weapons).
