Cheap, simple, simplified... A basic timer from Daatex - unbox, add a couple of AAA batteries, and you are set to go. Slide the switch, put it on the counter with the time you want facing up (choice of 15, 30, 0r 60 minutes). Red light flashes and it sounds an alarm when the time is up.
Sure it's cheap and god-awful simple, but who said all gadgets have to be complex, multi-functional, etc.?
