Traveled recently from Cincinnati to Denver. Arrived ahead of time, approximately 5:45 pm. Deplaned and then went to pickup my checked bag. Waited at the monitors to see which baggage carousel to get the bag from.
Tick, tock, tick, tock...
Well at 6:41, 30 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival and 45 minutes beyond the actual arrival, the monitor still displayed "At Gate." This seemed a little much, and then... one of the other passangers went around the corner and found all the flight's checked bags sitting on the floor!
Then on the way back, in Cincinnati the monitor said our flight's bags would be on carousel #2 when they ended up on carousel #3.
